Shipping and Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States of America. 
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use the most cost-effective rate available within our carrier network.
  • Orders placed after 3pm Central Time will be processed the next business day (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Most orders will take between 7-10 business days to arrive from the date the order is processed.
  • Occasionally, some products can be out-of-stock. If an order is placed on an out-of-stock product and full refund will be processed for the out-of-stock products.
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@buoyavital.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to a number of countries. A full list of the countries we ship to can be found at checkout.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use the most cost-effective rate available within our carrier network.
  • Orders placed after 3pm Central Time will be processed the next business day (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • While most international orders will take between

    10 - 15 business days business days to arrive from the date the order is processed, international delivery timeframes can vary and/or exceed 28 business days depending on the destination. Every country has certain regulations outside our control.

  • Occasionally, some products can be out-of-stock. If an order is placed on an out-of-stock product and full refund will be processed for the out-of-stock products.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Buoya Vistal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@buoyavital.com or call +1 (205) 973-4967 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! 

  • For unopened products we offer free returns within 90 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Your store credit/refund amount will be calculated less any applicable shipping fees.
  • We do not accept the return of opened products.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be unopened & in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.
